Supplementary Table 7. WGS data

Among the 182 descendants, 20 of them had been whole genome sequenced, aligned and mapped to NCBI Build 38 of the human genome. The mean and standard deviation (SD) for the number of reads per position (sequence depth) are given for each of them, along with the number of autosomal positions covered by mapped reads.
