Stochastic Sub-ice-shelf Bathymetry for Thwaites, Crosson, and Dotson Ice Shelves

This repository contains the code to generate stochastic realizations of sub-ice-shelf bathymetry for Thwaites Eastern Ice Shelf, Dotson Ice Shelf, and Crosson Ice shelf, as well as 3 ensembles of realizations. Ensemble 1 includes geostatistical simulation of the Bouguer gravity disturbance and random background densities, ensemble 2 includes geostatistical simulation of the Bouguer disturbance but no background density sampling, and ensemble 3 uses a constant mean Bouguer disturbance and constant background density. The ensembles were generated at 2000 m resolution and were upscaled onto the original BedMachine 500 m grid. The results are in the following NetCDF files:
