Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum phylotype I - Genome sequencing, assembly and annotation of Malagasy strains

The strains selected for this project are representative of the genetic and epidemiological diversity of Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum phylotype I in Madagascar. They constitute a valuable resource for studying the molecular determinants of epidemic success of phytopathogenic bacteria.
