Population genomics Phyllodistomum umblae

This BioProject includes genomic data generated to investigate the population structure and demographic history of the trematode Phyllodistomum umblae across postglacial lakes in Europe. A total of 131 individuals were sequenced using a double-digest RADseq (ddRAD) protocol. Libraries were constructed using NlaII and MseI enzymes, size-selected (320-500 bp), and sequenced as paired-end 150 bp reads on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform. The samples were collected from six lakes, four in the perialpine region of Switzerland (Bienne, Brienz, Thun, Walen) and two in the subarctic region of Norway (Suohpatjavri and Langfjordvatn).
