Klf9 deficiency leads to increased mortality and cardiac rupture rate after myocardial infarction(MI) in mice. We use single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to detect differences in non-cardiomyocytes between WT and Klf9-/- mice after MI. Overall design: These cells were isolated from left ventricular(LV) tissues from WT and Klf9-/- hearts 3 days after MI, cell debris was removed to obtain live cells, and each cell sample was pooled from LV tissues of 2 mice
