Static Parameters Before and After Model Calibration

This dataset contains the calibrated static parameters used in the Noah-MP model for flood forecasting in the Russian, Yuba-Feather, and Santa Ana River Basins. Parameters are provided per soil type. The data support the results presented in "Model calibration and data assimilation for the National Water Model: A case study over California", submitted to the Journal of Hydrometeorology.
