This repository contains the raw data from the manuscript "Exerting pulling forces in fluids by directional disassembly of microcrystalline fibres". The force spectroscopy data can be extracted using the Pylake package and the script saved in the optical tweezer folder. Due to the large size of optical microscopy videos, downsampled files are available in this repository and the original files will be provided by the authors upon reasonable request.
