Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Bedford Road, Brogborough, Bedfordshire, July 2023

This collection consists of site images, spreadsheets, and GIS data from an archaeological evaluation at Bedford Road, Brogborough, Bedfordshire. The works were conducted by Cotswold Archaeology in July 2023. The results confirmed those of the preceding geophysical survey: a north-east/south-west aligned ridge and furrow field system was encountered in the southern part of the site. Based on the results of the evaluation and preceding geophysical survey, it is likely that the site has historically been located within the agricultural hinterland of any nearby settlements, away from any domestic or industrial areas of activity.
