The Patent Agency Service Capability Evaluation Dataset of Jiangsu Ocean University is a comprehensive evaluation system constructed based on the university's patent data. It conducts multi-dimensional quantitative analysis on cooperating patent agencies to comprehensively and objectively reflect the service capabilities and professional levels of each institution. This dataset uses the total number of patent agency cases to measure the scale strength and market share of agencies, combines the patent authorization rate and the proportion of invention patents to evaluate service quality and high-value patent processing capabilities, analyzes agency efficiency and response speed through examination cycle studies, and examines professional competence and business health based on the breadth of technical fields and customer diversity. The final generated 100-point comprehensive score not only retains all fields of the original patent raw data, but also constructs a complete analytical dataset for patent agencies via scientifically calculated quantitative indicators, providing data support and reference for the university's intellectual property management decision-making. This dataset can not only intuitively display the comprehensive strength of each patent agency, but also conduct in-depth analysis of their professional performance in specific technical fields or patent types, realizing a comprehensive evaluation of patent agency services from a macro to micro perspective.
