2.数据处理：对采集到的数据进行清洗，排除抄表度数为0的或者为null的数据后按用户进行分类，作为最基本数据。

1. Data Collection: Collect meter reading data by on-site meter readers of Yangxin County Huachuan Natural Gas Company when they visit users, and upload the user's meter readings via related devices.

3. Data Analysis: Classify the processed data by user and conduct statistics using algorithmic formulas. The unit price refers to the tiered price corresponding to the user's cumulative annual gas consumption. The total recharge amount during the statistical period is the sum of all recharge record amounts of users. The total supplementary gas amount during the period is the sum of all supplementary gas amounts of users within the statistical range. The total gas refund amount during the period is the sum of all gas refund amounts of users within the statistical range. The difference amount is calculated as: Difference Amount = Previous Account Balance - Current Account Balance + Recharge Amount - Gas Charges + Supplementary Gas Amount - Gas Deduction Amount.
