Each of the tar.gz compressed directories corresponds to prepTG databases (for the zol suite) featuring most* genomes from GTDB-R214 belonging to a select bacteria genus which is a common source of natural products. * A handful of genomes in GTDB-R214 are now restricted/locked for downloading by NCBI due to requests from submitters/authors of the genomes. We thus could not include them in these databases.
