Two-color microarray experiment compariing the profiles of CBP80-associated mRNAs and eIF4E-associated mRNAs in actively translating polysomes. Relative enrichement of each mRNAs in CBP80 IP and eIF4E IP were analyzed and normalized. Relative ratio (CBP80 association/eIF4E association) was calculated.
