TET–CVTL Hybrid: Room-Temperature Coherent Vacuum Torque via Tri-phase Entanglement and Cooper-pair Lattices

We present the first concrete device concept that unifies the Toroidal Electromagnetic Theory (TET 2.0) with the electromagnetic vacuum entanglement ontology (TU-GUT-SUSY). A three-phase 120°-rotated Archimedean spiral lattice, seeded by Cooper-pair triangular ordering and clocked by NV-center spins, generates a topologically protected rotating vacuum polarisation field at room temperature. The resulting gravitomagnetic toroidal field enables controllable inertial reduction η ∈ [0.01, 1.99] and true warp-type metric deformation without exotic matter.
