Variability in induced systemic resistance (ISR) responsiveness to Trichoderma harzianum in tomato

Samples were collected to explore the transcriptome profiles of an ISR-responsive and non-responsive tomato genotype following Trichoderma harzianum application, Botrytis cinerea inoculation, and priming with T. harzianum prior to B. cinerea inoculation.
