使用哈希HQ30d数字化多参数分析仪现场测定pH、电导率、溶解氧、氧化还原电位和流速,使用水杨酸分光光度法测定氨氮(HJ 536-2009),依据GB 11892-89测定水中的高锰酸盐指数,依据碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定总氮(HJ 636—2012),依据钼酸铵分光光度法测定总磷(GB 11893-89)。探究了我国青藏高原湟水河流域水质的基本状况,明确了土地利用与水质的关系,为我国青藏高原水质的保护提供科学依据。
Field measurements of pH, electrical conductivity, dissolved oxygen, oxidation-reduction potential and flow velocity were conducted using a Hach HQ30d digital multi-parameter analyzer. Ammonia nitrogen was determined via salicylic acid spectrophotometry in accordance with HJ 536-2009. The permanganate index in water was determined according to GB 11892-89. Total nitrogen was measured by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-ultraviolet spectrophotometry following HJ 636-2012, while total phosphorus was detected using ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry as specified in GB 11893-89. This study investigated the basic water quality status of the Huangshui River Basin on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, clarified the relationship between land use and water quality, and provided scientific evidence for water quality protection on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China.
