Supporting data for “Stimuli-responsive peptide amphiphile nanoparticles for ferroptosis therapy”

Stimuli-responsive peptide amphiphile nanoparticles for codelivery of ferroptosis inducers was designed and synthesised and characterised. The efficacy of the particles were tested on HCC cell lines and characteristics of ferroptotic cell death was observed. The effect of the nanoparticles was further examined in animal models to evalute the particle distribution and anti-tumor effect.This dataset contains all chemical characterisation data, all particle characterisation data, all cell based assays to validate ferroptotic cell death, cell viability and in vivo experiment data.
