The data contained within it has been generated with Synthea version 6fa1b4b11084d401f888f43d864abd70d5d0833d

Each record is named record-p$x-ca$y-$z.$ext, where $x is the number of distinct patients in the record, $y is the number of clinical activities, and $z is the number of overall records.
$ext is either .json for the metadata files, .parquet for the dataset files, .xes for the event log files and .xes.zst for the compressed event logs.
