Transcriptome sequencing of heart tissue from rats with chronic ischemic heart disease treated with engineering mitochondrial transplantation

We synthesized nanomotorized mitochondria and performed transcriptome sequencing of heart tissue from a rat model of chronic IHD treated with oral nanomotorized mitochondria or intravenous nanomotorized mitochondria to determine whether the administration routes affected the therapeutic effect.
