Allium cepa Cell Segmentation and Classification Dataset, composed of custom samples collected at the National Water Institute (Argentina) and an online found Onion Cell Merged dataset. It includes full field of view microscope images, possible cell instances cropped from full-fov, and training data for a supervised cell instance detection model.
