Metadata & Ontology Standardization for Enhanced Data Interoperability in PharmAlchemy

This dataset supports the PharmAlchemy project, which focuses on integrating and standardizing public biomedical databases (DisGeNET, STRING, DrugBank, and SIDER) into a unified format. PharmAlchemy enables discovery of gene–disease–drug–side effect relationships and supports interoperable data analysis pipelines for biomedical and drug discovery research.
