Rankings for post hoc tests in cases with significant effects are given in columns 4, 6 and 8, and relative abundances of taxa in column 2. Nutrient and sediment treatments: N, natural; I, intermediate; H, high. Temperature: Amb, ambient; Heat, heated. P-values P≤0.05. ‘SI’ indicates cases where a substantial interaction between two factors (effect size of interaction term larger than the size of the corresponding main effects) prevented an overall post-doc ranking for the main effect in question.
