Farmland liquidity under a tightened ownership regime (Replication Dataset)

This replication package provides the code and data necessary to reproduce all regression results reported in the paper and appendices. The analysis uses a municipality-month panel dataset on farmland transactions in South Korea, aggregated from parcel-level transaction records. All regression analysis is conducted in Stata 17 using a single do file. The decomposition results in Table 5 are computed using the regression coefficients produced by the Stata code, with final calculations performed in the accompanying Excel file (table5_decomposition.xlsx). The replicator should expect the code to run in under 10 minutes on a standard desktop machine. Note: Summary statistics tables are not reproduced by the provided code. The replicator can construct summary statistics directly from the provided dataset.
