DMRsegaldata

Data package providing example DNA methylation files used in the DMRsegal vignette and examples. Includes: - a sorted beta matrix as a tab-delimited, bgzip-compressed file and a matching phenotype table information. The data contains 10 healthy and 10 cancer samples, and preprocessing has already been performed on the beta values. - DMPs produced from analyzing the aforementioned dataset - a bsseq object provided in R rds binary format, containing 5 controls and 5 cases produced from processing an ONT dataset of 5 controls, subsetting to retain chr1 and chr2 only, augmenting it to 10 samples using DMRsegal::augmentBSSeq, and spiking-in simulated DMRs that were produced using dmrseq::simDMRs which are also provided in a separate tsv file.
