Data for: Reversal of warming effects on fish biodiversity trends in European rivers

This dataset supports the analysis of long-term biodiversity responses to river warming across European freshwater ecosystems. It includes processed datasets and derived variables used in this study, including:- Taxonomic richness- Species abundance- Functional diversity (SES_FDis)- Local contributions to beta diversity (LCBD) The dataset is organized into input data, processed outputs, and figures used for statistical analyses and visualization. Due to file size limitations, only sample datasets are provided in the associated GitHub repository, while full datasets are archived here (Including water temperature and discharge). All analysis scripts and workflows are available in the GitHub repository to ensure reproducibility.
