HIFa-regulated genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naïve mice

HIFa works as an important transcription factor to induce target genes mediating cell proliferation, metabolism and inflammation. To gain new insights into HIFa modulated genes, we used high-throughput sequencing to analyze potential HIFa regulated genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naive mice at steady state. Overall design: RNA-seq was used to define differentially expressed genes in small intestine epithelial cells from naïve mice of HIF1a?IEC, HIF2a?IEC mice and littermate control mice.
