This dataset is sourced from Handan Mingren Hospital, Handan City, and generated through the hospital's Hospital Information System (HIS). It contains basic personal information of inpatients. Specifically, patients are required to provide their basic information for registration upon their first hospitalization, while no re-submission of such information is needed for subsequent admissions. Moreover, personal information is required for fee processing conducted by nurses, medical order issuing by physicians, and the implementation of laboratory tests and diagnostic examinations during the inpatient stay.
