Data for: Volatile halocarbons in the marine atmosphere and surface seawater: diurnal and spatial variations and influences of environmental factors

The concentrations of trichlorofluoromethane (CFC-11), methyl iodide (CH3I), dibromomethane (CH2Br2), bromodichloromethane (CHBrCl2), dibromochloromethane (CHBr2Cl), and bromoform (CHBr3) were determined in the marine atmosphere and surface seawater of the East China Sea (ECS) and the South Yellow Sea (SYS) between March and April 2017. Diurnal variations of VHCs in the marine atmosphere the seawater were continuously observed at station E2 (122.62 °E, 29.12 °N, Fig. 1) by taking samples every 2 hours for 24 hours.
