MLL1 and MLL2 in vitro ChIP-Sequencing data [MLL1_MLL2_PA_VDH15]

MLL1 and MLL2 profiling of OSCC cells following in vitro exposure to palmitic acid (PA) for 4 days and after 14 days of palmitic acid withdrawal. MLL1 and MLL2 ChIPs for Untreated and post 14 days palmitic acid (PA)-treated VDH-15 cells were performed in biological triplicates (control pLKO.1). The aim of this data set was to determine whether MLL1 and/or MLL2 methyltransferases displayed different ChIP profiles 14 days post PA stimulation when compared to the control Untreated condition; allowing us to interrogate their role in the H3K4me3 PA-induced changes reported in our study.
