Taking Baiyangdian Lake as the research object, the water samples from the twelve lake areas of Baiyangdian Lake were collected and used 16S rRNA gene Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze and compare the diversity of Baiyangdian Lake's aquatic microbial community structure. Analyze the structural characteristics of microbial communities in different periods.
