Study of a consortium of xanthan degrading bacteria

The study belongs to the field of microbiology and biotechnology and concerns a new consortium of bacteria producing xanthan-degrading enzymes. The results of the project can be used in the field of oil production, food and pharmacological (medical) industries and allow expanding the range of microorganisms that produce xanthan degrading enzymes.
