Amplicon RNA sequencing results of wastewater enriched biofilms and planktonic cells

Amplicon RNA sequencing results of wastewater enriched biofilms (b) and planktonic cells (p). Genus and family distribution of primary, secondary and tertiary anodic biofilms and corresponding planktonic bacteria in an MEC. Bacterial communities were enriched from primary wastewater with 10 mM glycerol as electron donor. Cultivation conditions were 35 °C, 250 min-1 and 0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl. Results were obtained by Illumina partial 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing.
