The PI-CAI Challenge: Zonal Segmentation for Prostate MRI (A. Karagöz et al., 2022)

The zonal prostate segmentations have been generated by the algorithm from (A. Karagöz et al., 2022). See their method description for details. The segmentations indicate the peripheral zone as label 1, and the transition zone as label 2. Softmax predictions for these cases are stored as prostate_gland_sm_pz.nii.gz for the peripheral zone, and prostate_gland_sm_tz.nii.gz for the transition zone, in a folder with the subject id as the name.
