Population-Specific Biomarker Signatures in Alcohol Use Disorder: A Central Asian Cohort Study

This dataset contains clinical, biochemical, and comorbidity data from alcohol-dependent patients (N = 292) admitted to the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health (Uzbekistan) between March–May 2025. It includes raw and processed data, ROC analysis scripts, figures, and statistical pipelines to evaluate biomarker signatures in alcohol use disorder with and without viral comorbidity.
