This dataset contains quantitative measurements used to characterize engineered skeletal muscle constructs and associated microvascular structures generated through rotary wet-spinning (RoWS).The dataset includes four main data categories:1- Myotube thickness quantificationMeasurements of myotube diameter obtained from fluorescence microscopy images of differentiated skeletal muscle constructs at Day 10 and Day 18 of differentiation.2- Myoblast alignment directionality during muscle maturationQuantitative analysis of the orientation distribution of myogenic cells used to evaluate the degree of anisotropic alignment during skeletal muscle maturation at Day 0,1, 4, 7, 10, 18.3- Z-disk spacing analysisQuantification of sarcomeric length (inter Z-disk spacing) measured at Day 10 and Day 18 of differentiation, used as an indicator of myofibrillar maturation and sarcomere organization.4- Microvessel diameter distributionMeasurements of the diameter distribution of microvascular structures generated using the rotary wet-spinning (RoWS) biofabrication method at Day 12.Image-based measurements were performed using ImageJ/Fiji.The thickness of myotubes, and the sarcomeric length (inter Z-disk spacing) were quantified using the Plot Profile tool applied to fluorescence intensity profiles across selected regions of interest.The diameters of microvessels were obtained by manually drawing a line across the vessel lumen and recording the length using the Measurement functionCell alignment directionality was quantified using the Directionality plugin in ImageJ/FijiAll datasets are provided as numerical tables derived from microscopy image analysis.
