611例老年人群主观认知下降调查数据集（2022）

认知健康的主观评估，遵循主观认知下降研究领域的国际共识，编制多认知域且有生活样例辅助的主观认知下降量表（SCD-10）进行评估。主观认知下降量表评估的认知域包括记忆力、注意力、执行功能、言语功能等4个主要维度。
1）记忆力：包含三个子认知域：延迟回忆、即刻回忆、前瞻性记忆，具体操作性定义如下。
延迟回忆：能够回想起近期日常事件（购物、社交、进食、服药）的细节。
即刻回忆：能够记住刚发生的事情，记住刚学习的内容。
前瞻性记忆：指将来在适当时机完成某项活动的记忆，可基于时间或基于事件。强调能够在适当的时间或者事件发生时，记起去执行这项活动。
2）注意力：包含两个子认知域：注意力集中、注意力分配，具体操作性定义如下。
注意力集中：专注于一项日常认知活动时，注意力能够在一定时间内保持在该任务上，不容易被外部事物干扰，从而在认知活动中取得较好的表现
注意力分配：能够在同一时间段，对两种或两种以上的刺激进行注意，或将注意分配到不同任务中。
3）执行功能：包含三个子认知域：计划组织、任务启动、认知灵活性，具体操作性定义如下。
计划组织：能够预测、安排和处理日常认知活动中的一些事情（出行、备餐、理财、社交），保证这些事情能够顺利完成。
任务启动：按照先定的计划，开始去做一件较难的事情。
认知灵活性：问题解决过程中，能意识到困难情境的可控性和行为方式的可选择性。
4）言语功能：包含两个子认知域：延迟回忆、即刻回忆、前瞻性记忆，具体操作性定义如下。
言语理解：在言语感知过程中，能够准确理解话语、文本的意义。
言语表达：在言语生成过程中，能以准确的词汇、顺畅的语法句法进行表达。

本数据集来源于2022年2月开展的对老年人群进行的认知健康调查。这项调查由问卷星进行网络发布。调查总共收集了611例数据。
本数据集的内容包含人口学信息（例如，年龄、性别、受教育水平等）和主观认知下降情况。

Subjective assessment of cognitive health: Following the international consensus in the field of subjective cognitive decline (SCD) research, the SCD-10 scale was developed to evaluate subjective cognitive decline, which covers multiple cognitive domains and is supplemented with daily life examples. The SCD-10 scale assesses four main cognitive domains, namely memory, attention, executive function, and verbal function.

1) Memory: It includes three sub-cognitive domains: delayed recall, immediate recall, and prospective memory, with specific operational definitions as follows.
Delayed recall: The ability to recall details of recent daily events such as shopping, socializing, eating, and taking medication.
Immediate recall: The ability to remember events that just occurred and newly learned information.
Prospective memory: Refers to the memory of performing an intended activity at an appropriate future time, which can be time-based or event-based, emphasizing the ability to remember to execute the activity at the appropriate time or when the triggering event occurs.

2) Attention: It includes two sub-cognitive domains: focused attention and divided attention, with specific operational definitions as follows.
Focused attention: The ability to maintain attention on a daily cognitive task for a certain period of time, resist external distractions, and achieve good performance in the cognitive task.
Divided attention: The ability to attend to two or more stimuli simultaneously, or allocate attention to different tasks within the same time period.

3) Executive function: It includes three sub-cognitive domains: planning and organization, task initiation, and cognitive flexibility, with specific operational definitions as follows.
Planning and organization: The ability to predict, arrange, and handle daily cognitive activities such as travel, meal preparation, financial management, and social interactions to ensure their smooth completion.
Task initiation: The ability to start a difficult task according to a pre-determined plan.
Cognitive flexibility: The ability to recognize the controllability of difficult situations and the selectability of behavioral modes during problem-solving.

4) Verbal function: It includes two sub-cognitive domains: verbal comprehension and verbal expression, with specific operational definitions as follows.
Verbal comprehension: The ability to accurately understand the meaning of spoken words and written texts during speech perception.
Verbal expression: The ability to express oneself with accurate vocabulary and smooth grammar and syntax during speech production.

This dataset is derived from a cognitive health survey conducted on the elderly population in February 2022, which was released online via Questionnaire Star. A total of 611 valid data entries were collected.
The dataset contains demographic information (e.g., age, gender, educational level) and subjective cognitive decline status.
