Rhizoplane and rhizosphere microbiome assembly in common bean.

Common bean seeds (Phaseolus vulgars L. var RedHawk) were treated with zebularine to induce a growth delay. Plant rhizoplane and rhizosphere compartments were sampled across the bean lifecycle over two time series and with and without the growth delay to better understand the influence of the plant growth stage on the microbial communities. Samples were sequenced 3 times and then pooled.
