Replication Data for: Discordance in Self-Report and Observation Data on Mistreatment of Women by Providers during Childbirth in Uttar Pradesh, India

The dataset contains self-report and observed items on mistreatment of women by providers during childbirth. A total of 875 deliveries were observed at health facilities and followed up at the community level to gather information on observed and self-reported mistreatment respectively. The observations were conducted between April to August 2016 across 81 public health facilities in Uttar Pradesh, India.
