The dataset contains the results of experimental tests performed on three-dimensional additively manufactured tensegrity-like lattices based on the expanded octahedron unit. Two lattice configurations are included: a supercell composed of eight units and a metamaterial array obtained by assembling 27 supercells into a three-dimensional periodic structure. All specimens were fabricated using the ProJet MJP 2500 Plus printer by 3D Systems and manufactured from VisiJet M2R-WT resin, which according to the technical data sheet has a tensile modulus of 2000 MPa, tensile strength of 39 MPa, and elongation at break of 20% (values determined according to the ASTM D638 standard). The lattices were subjected to quasi-static uniaxial compression tests using a universal testing machine INSTRON 5567 equipped with a load cell INSTRON 2525-816 with a measurement accuracy of 0.5 N. The tests were carried out under displacement control at a constant loading rate of 5 mm/min, while the corresponding force values were recorded directly by the testing machine. During testing, the specimens were placed between grease-lubricated glass plates fixed to additively manufactured interfaces to minimise friction and allow unrestricted lateral deformation. The dataset includes raw data from two test series for each configuration: compression tests with lateral displacement measurements in the X–Z and Y–Z planes. For each test series, five specimens were tested. The provided data comprise axial and lateral displacement measurements for both the supercell and the metamaterial array.
