REGULATIONS 1.CANCELLATION OF BOOKING/REFUND OF HIRE CHARGE 1.1 Cancellations must be by written notice and submitted to the City's booking offices or online. 1.2 An administration fee equivalent to 10% of the tariff applicable to a booking will be levied for every transfer of a booking provided that written notice of intention to transfer is given on or before the 14th day prior to the date originally reserved and the facility being available on the new date requested. 1.3 If the booking is cancelled after the payment was received a 10% cancellation fee will be charged, based on the total amount due (excluding breakage deposit). 1.4 If a cancellation request is received less than 14 (fourteen) days before occupation, no refund of any money will be made. 1.5 Notwithstanding the abovementioned, should a booking be transferred or cancelled, the date of the original booking will be used to determine the amount of refund to which the Lessee is entitled. CONCESSIONS The Director: Recreation & Parks, Area Managers: Recreation and Parks, or his or her nominee may grant individuals or organisations concessions as stipulated in Council's Concessions Policy. Commercial users are not entitled to concessions or discounts. Applications are to be submitted via the booking office. 1.1 Rebates on Film Permits: If for Cape Town Marketing or Student Film, 100% rebate may be applied in consultation with Cape Town Film Permit Office. GENERAL Tariffs charged for events are for facility use only and excludes the payment of additional services by other departments viz., Traffic Services, Security Services, Refuse Removal, Law Enforcement, Disaster Mangement, etc To manage risk and user demand: Users are to ensure the facility suitability in terms of the expectation and scope of the intended event. Event confirmation will be assigned on final issue of event permit and not on reservation of the facility. 【场地租赁规定】
一、预订取消与租赁费用退款
1.1 预订取消须以书面形式提出申请，并提交至本市各预订办事处或通过线上渠道提交。
1.2 每笔预订转让均须收取相当于该预订适用费率10%的行政费，但需满足以下条件：转让意向的书面通知须于原预订日期前14天（含当日）前提交，且新申请日期的场地可被使用。
1.3 若在收到款项后取消预订，则将按应付总金额（破损押金除外）收取10%的取消费用。
1.4 若在场地使用日期前14天内收到取消申请，则不予退还任何已缴款项。
1.5 尽管有前述规定，若预订被转让或取消，将以原预订日期作为核算承租方（Lessee）有权获得的退款金额的依据。
二、优惠政策
休闲与公园主管、休闲与公园区域经理或其指定代理人可按照市政委员会《优惠政策》的规定，向个人或组织提供优惠。商业用户无权享受优惠或折扣。优惠申请须通过预订办事处提交。
1.1 影视拍摄许可退费：若拍摄用途为开普敦（Cape Town）市政推广或学生影视作品，可与开普敦影视拍摄许可办事处（Cape Town Film Permit Office）协商后享受100%退费。
三、通用条款
活动收费仅包含场地使用费用，不包含其他部门提供的附加服务费用，例如交通服务、安保服务、垃圾清运、执法服务、灾害管理等。
为管控风险并适配用户需求：用户须确保场地符合拟举办活动的预期规模与范围。活动确认将以最终核发活动许可为准，而非仅以场地预订为准。

四、场地分类与收费标准
贝尔维尔田径场（Bellville Athletics Track）：可容纳2500人及以上，属B类大型场地
贝尔维尔自行车赛道（Velodrome，自行车馆）：可容纳2500人及以上，属B类大型场地
布卢当斯体育场（Blue Downs Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
哈特利维尔体育场（Hartleyvale Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
维吉斯克劳尔体育场（Vygieskraal Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
卡耶利特沙/曼德拉公园体育场（Khayeltisha/Mandela Park Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
特夫霍尔体育场（Turfhall Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
扬·伯格体育场（Jan Burger Stadium）：可容纳1500人及以上，属小型场地
看台座位容量达2500人及以上 = B类大型场地
大型体育场主看台座位超1500人 → 小型体育场
每日时段收费标准（06:00至18:00）
超时费、清洁费及周日人工成本：按各岗位对应的市政单位小时人工成本标准收取
