用户巡河记录信息数据为泰州市水利局河湖管理科、河长制工作推进办公室及各级巡河人员在履行河段日常巡查与问题记录上报过程中产生，包含创建时间、应巡河数等内容，可用于巡河工作留痕归档、问题溯源核查、巡河履职
This dataset of river patrol records is generated by the River and Lake Management Section of Taizhou Water Resources Bureau, the River Chief System Work Promotion Office, and river patrol personnel at all levels during their routine river section inspections and problem reporting processes. It includes information such as creation time and the number of scheduled river patrols, and can be used for traceable archiving of river patrol work, problem tracing and verification, and evaluation of river patrol duty performance.
