Raw FASTQ files for wild African savanna elephant (Loxodonta africana) fecal samples

These are raw FASTQ files that we are using for several in-prep publications. They are from longitudinally collected fecal samples of individually known elephants in the Samburu and Buffalo Springs National Reserves of Kenya. Metadata is included with collection and minimal demographic information for each sampled individual. Format is sample-ID_sample-number_lane-number_forward-as-Read-1(R1)-or-reverse-as-Read-2(R2)_001.fastq.gz. \"-1\" after \"fastq\" indicates the second run.
