2014-2017年中国海岸带灾害承灾体本底信息库

基于中高分辨率遥感图像，利用深度学习与人工目视解译等方法对中国海岸带10km区域内的10类承灾体目标进行了提取。包括：医疗卫生机构、科研教育机构、农村、水田、旱地、居住地、工业用地、滨海机场、风力发电机与海水养殖区等10类。空间实现中国海岸带全覆盖。其中海水养殖区数据 基于2017年的遥感影像获取，其他承灾体数据均基于2014年的遥感影像获取。

Based on medium-to-high resolution remote sensing images, ten types of hazard-bearing body targets within a 10-kilometer zone of China's coastal zone were extracted via deep learning, manual visual interpretation and other approaches. The ten categories include medical and health institutions, scientific research and educational institutions, rural areas, paddy fields, drylands, residential areas, industrial land, coastal airports, wind turbines, and mariculture zones. The dataset achieves full spatial coverage of China's coastal zone. Specifically, the mariculture zone data was acquired using 2017 remote sensing images, while data for all other hazard-bearing body targets were collected based on 2014 remote sensing images.
