This study aim to evaluate the recovery efficiency of two kinds of granular sludge that stored for a long time. An AnAOB granular sludge and a deammonification granular sludge (AOB-AnAOB) were compared from reactor recovery efficiency, the potential AnAOB activity, main functional genes relative abundance variation characteristics.
