Separation of bulk and surface contributions to the damping of permalloy on large-area CVD MoS2

A collection of files (txt, csv, and vhd) containing all raw (unprocessed- for details of data processing see the manuscript) experimental data presented in the manuscript "Separation of bulk and surface contributions to the damping of permalloy on large-area CVD MoS2". Files labelled "Field_..." and "S12-Freq-Field-Sweep..." are relevant for the FMR figures in the manuscript. "MoS2_1744..." are the Raman spectroscopy data for Figure 2. The files with "GIXRD" in their name are the XRD results in Figure 3. The .VHD files are the VSM data in Figure 4. Formatting explanations- the S-parameter data is arranged as csv size 250x3201. The rows correpond to field values, given in the files with "field" in their name for the corresponding sample (sample ID given by AJA number). The field files have columns indicating the magnet current in Amps and measured field in Oersteds. The frequency ranges from 10 MHz to 43.5 GHz across the 3201 columns (see Frequency_110s.txt). File names indicate the geometry of the experiment i.e. in-plane (IP) or out of plane (OOP). Raman data is standard Raman map format with columns indicating X, Y, Freq, Intensity.
