ATAC seq in murine BCR-ABL(p185)-positive pre/pro B-cells expressing wildtype CDK6 or a kinase-dead mutant (CDK6 K43M)

The aim of this experiment was to study the chromatin accessibility in BCR-ABL(p185)-positive pre/pro B-cells expressing wildtype CDK6 or a kinase-dead mutant (CDK6 K43M) Mouse bone marrow cells from mice homozygously expressing wildtype (CDK6-WT), or mutant (CDK6-K43M) CDK6 were retrovirally transduced to generate cell lines which express BCR-ABL(p185). ATAC seq was performed in two cell lines per genotype for a total of 4 samples. The sample CDK6_WT_1 was submitted to GEO previously as GSM4748863. This sample was reanalysed in the current study.
