资源简介:
To investigate the early immune profiles of patients, particularly those with HIV and tuberculosis co-infection, we collected blood samples from three individuals in the HIV/MTB co-infection group, three HIV/AIDS patients, and three healthy controls. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated, and the MobiNova®-100 Single Cell System (MobiDrop (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd.) was employed to prepare single-cell sequencing libraries. Subsequently, a single-cell RNA expression matrix was generated using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 System, yielding a total of 113,816 cells for further analysis. The inclusion criteria for patients were as follows: (1) newly diagnosed with HIV infection/AIDS; (2) newly diagnosed with tuberculosis, receiving initial treatment. The exclusion criteria were: (1) prior use of antiretroviral therapy (ART) or anti-tuberculosis drugs; (2) detection of drug resistance in HIV susceptibility tests; (3) severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction; and (4) presence of underlying conditions such as pancreatitis or malignant tumors. Based on these criteria, a total of 6 patients were enrolled in the study, including 3 HIV/AIDS patients with M. tuberculosis co-infection (none of whom had received either anti-tuberculosis or antiviral treatment) and 3 early-diagnosed HIV/AIDS patients (none of whom had received antiretroviral treatment). This study also included three healthy control individuals. *************************************************************** Raw files for human/patient samples were not submitted to GEO due to concerns about submitting personally identifiable sequence data for open access. ***************************************************************
