Filtered Hi-C read IDs from autotetraploid Medicago sativa XinJiangDaYe

This gzipped text file contains filtered Hi-C read IDs from autotetraploid Medicago sativa. The original FASTQ data can be downloaded from NCBI's SRA database under accession numbers SRR9026577 and SRR9026578. These reads should only be used with their corresponding genome assembly version (available at https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.26037289) where obvious assembly errors have been eliminated. Using this data with other genome assemblies is not recommended.
