Targeted nuclear loci in the Eurasian lynx. Lynx lynx

Hundreds of nuclear genes were investigated for sequence variation in the Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx). The aim of the project is to identify SNPs (single-nucleotide polymorphisms) in the nuclear genome of this species, for subsequent use as genetic markers for conservation genetics applications; that is, the identification of individuals, monitoring populations, etc.
