Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images of streptavidin-decorated DNA origami rectangles

AFM images of twist-corrected DNA origami rectangles with different arrangements of biotin modifications (9 plus 3 marker positions and 20 plus 3 marker positions) after exposure to streptavidin at different concentrations (static at a fixed concentration and with stepwise increases in concentration at 5 min intervals until the final concentration was reached). AFM imaging was performed in air on mica surfaces using a Dimension Icon (Bruker) operated in ScanAsyst mode with ScanAsyst-Air cantilevers (nominal tip radius 2 nm, Bruker). Images were recorded at a size of 1 x 1 µm2, a resolution of 1024 x 1024 px, and a line rate of 1 Hz.
