This repository contains the complete open-access analytical assets, including the Google Earth Engine (GEE) JavaScript code, supporting the research paper titled "The Lethality of Certainty: How Static Spatial Communication Fails Dynamic Economic Realities in Indonesian Land Governance" submitted to the Journal of Science Communication (JCOM). Repository Contents: GEE_LandCover_Classification.js: The full operational JavaScript code executed within the GEE platform. It utilizes the Random Forest (RF) machine learning algorithm (configured with 100 decision trees) on fused multi-temporal Sentinel-1 SAR and Sentinel-2 optical data (2017–2023) to perform cloud-masked agricultural land cover mapping and ex-post change detection in Gorontalo Regency, Indonesia.
